Hillside did an outstanding job of managing, arranging, and maintaining our expectations throughout our entire building facility transformation at our Sheldon, IL location. Along the way there were many changes made from our team and Bob did a great job reacting to them while staying on schedule. His communication through the whole process was second to none, always giving us updates on timelines and completion dates. Bob’s team were not hesitant on giving us great input of ideas from their experiences while still listening to our needs and / or wants.

Our expansion included a new chemical loadout building, office, seed warehouse with an unloading dock and bulk seed bins, nh3 bulk tank w/ piers and a shop. Not only was it the buildings but also the excavation of a 10 acre lot with stone and retention pond. Bob and his team managed this process throughout not only keeping up with the current county building codes but a lot of times with the stricter Nutrien building codes. Bob’s team built all of these projects for us with quality work and in a timely matter for our needs.

There is no question that I would use anyone other than Hillside Development Group for my future project needs.
