Hillside did an excellent job in arranging and maintaining our expectations throughout the entire process of building our new Wash Bay in Crawfordsville, Indiana. They finished the project on time during a difficult time of year, due to winter weather conditions. Updates to the schedule and change orders along with changes in cost were clearly communicated.
In the end we were delivered a beautiful functional wash bay on budget, that we are proud of and it continues to be the center piece of our operation in Crawfordsville. Bob's follow up and corrective action to our minor problems was quick and very satisfactory, he owned any problems and made them right!
